This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report No.307 of 2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 85 r/w 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

It is applicants contention that the informant was insisting for separate residence and thus in a bid to pressurise the applicants, false report has been lodged. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable in six weeks.
