This is an application seeking to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.0005/2023 registered by non-applicant No.1 for the offence punishable under Sections 465, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleges that the applicant by forging his signature has applied to transfer electric meter in his own name.

Applicant would submit that he is the owner of the property and he never forged signature of informant nor it is the requirement for transfer of electric meter. 5.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable on 27.9.2024.

Mr. Amit Madiwale, learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant No.1/State.

7.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but chargesheet shall be not filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
