This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report No.563 of 2023 registered with the Patur Police Station, District Akola for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant is a husband of the informant lady. It is submitted that the allegations are vague and general. This Court has already quash the FIR against the co-accused in Criminal Application nos.383 of 2024 vide order dated 25.07.2024.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after six weeks. Learned Addl.P.P. waives notice on behalf of the State.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but charge-sheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
