Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the dispute is already amicably settled between the parties and they have decided to file the mutual divorce petition. For this two weeks time is required.

In the meantime, both the parties shall file joint affidavit, contending the contents of the settlement, and shall remain present before the Registrar (Judicial). 3.

The Registrar (Judicial) shall verify the contents of the genuineness of the settlement.

Parties to appear before the Registrar (Judicial) on 15th December, 2025.
