On instructions, learned APP has made a statement that the Investigating Officer has filed the Charge-sheet stating therein that the dispute is of Civil nature.

In view of the above statement made by the learned APP, as nothing is there in the charge-sheet, the charge-sheet arising out of FIR No.0272 of 2024 registered with police Station Dhantoli, Nagpur City for the offence punishable under Sections 420,465,467,468, 471 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and the First Information Report No.0272 of 2024 registered with police Station Dhantoli, Nagpur City for the offence punishable under Sections 420,465,467,468, 471 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code are hereby quashed and set aside.
