On filing of the chargesheet, leave is granted to the applicant to amend the application within period of two weeks. The amended copy of the application, along with copy of chargesheet be placed on record and shall be supplied to the non-applicants before next date of hearing. 5.
On failure to comply with this order, the further proceedings would be subject to the costs of Rs. 1,000/-. 6.
