This is an application seeking to quash the first information report bearing Crime No.1/2021 registered with Sitabuldi Police Station, Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 188, 269, 270 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 51-B of the Disaster Management Act, Sections 33, 131 of the Rgd.

Order 0209apl1239.24 Maharashtra Police Act, Sections 68 and 85 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act and Section 3 of the Epidemic Disease Act.

The learned Counsel for the applicant would submit that connection matter bearing Criminal Application Nos.1480/2022, 1238 and 405 of 2023 are pending.
