This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report No.784 of 2022 registered with Police Station Khadan, district Akola for the offence punishable under Sections 403,406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is the applicant's contention that the allegations does not make out a fraudulent intend. According to the applicant, a criminal colour has been given to wreak the vengeance.
