This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report No.128 of 2024 registered with the Barshi Takli Police Station, District Akola for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 146, 147, 294, 324, 323, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is the applicants' contention that the incident is otherwise, which has been stated by the applicant no.1 in his police report registered on the same day vide Crime No.127 of 2024.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after six weeks. Learned Addl.P.P. waives notice on behalf of the State.
