Though the present Application is filed on 15.02.2025, whereas the charge-sheet is filed on 18.04.2025, neither the application was circulated nor the prayer was made for amending the present Application.

In light of the above facts and circumstances, learned Counsel for the Applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the Application.

The Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh.
