This is an application seeking to quash the F. I. R. in Crime No.407/2024 registered with Police Station Chikhli, Dist. Buldhana for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 354-B, 452, 324, 323, 294 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code on account of settlement. 3.

The informant has stated that at the relevant time the applicant entered in her house and outraged her modesty. 4.

There are cross cases against each other.

It is stated that the parties have now amicably settled the matter. The informant lady has filed affidavit/reply stating about settlement and no objection to quash the present proceedings. 6.

The informant is present before us who is identified by her counsel. She has reiterated about the settlement and urged for quashing of the F.I.R.

The learned APP seeks time to respond.
