The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has no concern with the execution of the alleged 'Will'. However, the applicant has been falsely implicated in the crime, as he has merely signed the 'Will' as a witness. Hence, the applicant has filed this application to quash FIR bearing Crime No. 428/2024, dated 16.07.2024, registered at Police Station Ajani, Nagpur, for the offences punishable under Sections 471, 470, 469, 465, 448, 420, 419 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Issue notices to the non-applicants, returnable on 16.01.2025.
