Today the informant/ non-applicant no.2 has appeared in the matter through his Counsel. He is identified by his Counsel and an affidavit has also been filed stating about a settlement and his no objection to quash the proceedings. The informant has stated that though he sustained injuries, on the same day he was Rgd.

Order 2309apl1299.24 discharged from the hospital. On our query, he stated that in order to maintain cordial relation, the matter is amicably settled and he do not wish to prosecute the matter further.

Two other injured witnesses namely Siddhant Sirpurkar and Swapnadeep Khandekar are also present, who are identified by Advocate Bhelande. Both of them have also filed reply stating that they have been assaulted only by kicks and fist blows. They state that the matter is settled and they do not wish to prosecute the matter.

List the matter for further consideration on 27.09.2029. The informant and witnesses need not to remain present on said date.
