This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report No.343 of 2024 registered with the Wadi Police Station, Nagpur City for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2) and 324(4) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023.

It is alleged that the applicant a landlord tried to take forcible possession of tenanted property by breaking the law and putting his own right.
