This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report No.186 of 2024 registered with the Mankapur Police Station, Nagpur City for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dorwy Prohibition Act, 1961.

It is the applicant's contention that the allegations are vague and general. Both are very matured and it is their second marriage. Though there was mutual understanding however report has been lodged. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after six weeks. Learned Addl.P.P. waives notice on behalf of the State.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but charge-sheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
