This is an application seeking to quash charge-sheet (Special Case No. 606/2022) arising out of Crime No. 454/2022 registered with Police Station Lakadganj, Nagpur City for the offence punishable under Sections 363 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant husband has lodged report alleging that his wife aged 44 years has been abducted and repeatedly sexually exploited by the applicant for long period. 4.

The learned counsel appearing for applicant would submit that both were in relations and it is a case of consent. 5.

Issue notice for final disposal returnable after four weeks. The learned APP waives service of notice for nonapplicant No.1.

In the meantime, the Trial Court shall not proceed till further orders.
