This is an application seeking to quash the first information report bearing Crime No.815/2024 registered with Awdhootwadi Police Station, Yavatmal for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Applicants are nearer relatives of husband of the informant lady. It is submitted that Rgd.

Order 1809apl1322.24 in view of vague and general allegations entire family members have been implicated in the crime. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 14.11.2024. Learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant no.1.

In the meanwhile, though the prosecution may continue with their investigation, but, charge sheet should not be filed without obtaining prior permission of this Court.
