This is an application seeking to quash First Information Report vide crime No. 580/2024 registered with the Police Station Pulgaon, Tq. Deoli, Dist. Wardha for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is argued that entire family has been implicated on vague and general allegation.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after six weeks. The learned APP waives service of notice for non-applicant No.1.
