This matter was listed on 21.01.2026, on that day the applicant was heard. The applicant during the course of hearing has pointed out that the non-applicants were duly served long back in the month on November-2024. However, Advocate Mr. S.S. Deshpande, appeared in the matter and seeks one day's accommodation. Therefore, matter was adjourned for today. 2.

Advocate Mr. S.S. Deshpande, appears on behalf of non-applicant No.2 and stated that he has a strong objection in the present matter. Learned advocate for non-applicant No.2 stated that non-applicant No.2 has obtained certain documents and same are necessary to be placed on record.

In view of this, list the matter on 04.02.2026 with a clear understanding that whatever the documents non-applicant No.2 is willing to file, the same be filed after supplying the copy to the applicant on or before 30.01.2026 and if any reply-cum-rejoinder is to file by the applicant, the same be filed on or before 04.02.2026.

It is made clear that this Court will make an attempt to dispose of the matter finally on 04.02.2026.
