This is an application seeking to quash the first information report bearing Crime No.30/2024 registered with Hudkeshwar Police Station, Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 506, 504, 498-A, 323, 294 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Applicants are relatives of husband of informant. It is submitted that the main allegations Rgd.

Order 2609apl1379.24 are against the husband. As regards to applicants, the allegations are vague and general. Moreover, it is submitted that the informant has also filed similar report against her erstwhile husband, and thus, she is in a habit of harassing husband and in-laws. 4.

Issue notice to non-applicants, returnable on 21.11.2024. Learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant no.1.
