The learned APP states that during the pendency of the present Application investigation is completed, however, in view of interim directions of this Court, chargesheet is not filed in the matter. According to him, considering the evidence and documents collected during the course of investigation, same are necessary to be placed on record, which will be helpful to this Court to decide the present Application in proper manner. In the circumstances, prosecution is permitted to file chargesheet in the matter.
