This is an application seeking to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.0291/2024 registered by non-applicant No.1 for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 500, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code on account of settlement.

It is informed that the matter is settled. The parties have already divorced and alimony is waived.

Issue notice for final disposal to the non-applicants returnable on 27.9.2024.
