This is an application seeking to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.0483/2024 registered by non-applicant No.1 for the offence punishable under Section 354 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Informant aged 17 years and 10 months lodged a report alleging that applicant caught her on public road and outraged her modesty.

It is applicant's contention that registration of F.I.R. is a counterblast to the pending civil suit and proceedings filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act by applicant against the uncle of victim.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after six weeks.
