DATED : 16.09.2025 Learned Counsel for the applicants submitted that applicant No.2 is reported to be dead. He is permitted to delete the name of the applicant No.2.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor also informed that now the investigation is already completed, but due to the order of this Court, the Investigating Officer has not filed charge-sheet. The Investigating Officer is permitted to file charge-sheet within two weeks.

On filing of the charge-sheet, liberty is granted to the applicant to amend the application. He shall furnish on record the amended copy of the application and also shall furnish it to the nonapplicants. 4.

After amendment is carried out, notice be issued to the non-applicant No.2.

Learned Counsel for the applicant is permitted to serve the non-applicant No.2, by all modes permissible in law. 6.

Being the non-applicant No.2, is a business entity, he is not entitled to any legal aid, and therefore, legal aid Counsel is discharged.
