This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report bearing Crime No.487 of 2024 registered with the Ajani Police Station, Nagpur City for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 506(2) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Counsel for the applicant would submit that there was internal dispute between the complainant and his family about the title of a piece of land, which the informant claims to be inherited. The Revenue proceedings are going on between the parties. The applicant, who came in picture in the year 2002 in the capacity of interested person to purchase the land, has allegedly forged certain old documents to settle his claim.

Learned Counsel for the applicant would submit that prior to entering into two agreements, in the month

2 917.apl.1400.2024 of September and October 2022, from both rivals he was not in picture. He has already filed two civil suits for specific performance and thus, according to him, false allegations have been levelled.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after four weeks. Learned Addl.P.P. appearing for the State and learned Counsel appearing for non-applicant no.2 waive notice.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but charge-sheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court against the present applicant.
