This is an application seeking to quash the Charge-sheet (bearing Special Case No.93/2024) arising out of Crime No.437/2023, registered with Police Station Sonegaon, Nagpur City, for the offence punishable under Section 376(2)(n) and 417 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

It is submitted that the case is purely of consensual relationship. The applicant would submit that the provisions of Special Act would not attract in absence of material.

Issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable after four weeks.
