Heard learned advocates for the parties.

The order challenged in this application is dated 12th September, 2024, whereby the learned Magistrate had issued the non-bailable warrant against the applicants. In my view, this application can be disposed of by issuing certain directions.

The applicants shall appear before the learned Magistrate and make an application for cancellation of the non-bailable warrant.

The learned Magistrate, till then, shall keep the execution of the warrant in abeyance.

The applicants shall appear before the learned Magistrate on 7th October, 2024.

If they fail to appear before the learned Magistrate on 7th October, 2024, then the learned Magistrate shall take appropriate steps for execution of the warrant. 7.
