This is an application seeking to quash the first information report bearing Crime No.200/2024 registered with Yeoda Police Station, Corrected as per Courts order dated 11.10.2024.
District Amravati for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Applicants are husband and relatives of husband of the informant lady. It is their Rgd.
Order 0110apl1414.24-2 contention that on the basis of vague and general allegations, distant relatives have been implicated. 4.
Issue notice to non-applicants, returnable on 12.11.2024. Learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant no.1.

In the meanwhile, though the prosecution may continue with their investigation, but, charge sheet should not be filed without obtaining prior permission of this Court.
