This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report No. 501 of 2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 85,115(2),352,351(2) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023.

The relatives of husband have filed this Criminal Application contending that in order to pressurize the husband, all family members have been implicated on vague allegations.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after six weeks.
