This is an application seeking to quash charge-sheet arising out of the First Information Report, bearing Crime No.180 of 2024, for the offences punishable under Section 323, 498A, 504 and read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered with Police Station Ajni, Nagpur.

It is argued that on a vague allegation, the crime has been registered out of the matrimonial differences. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after six weeks.

5.

The learned APP waives service of notice for the nonapplicant/State 6.

In the meantime, the investigation may go on, but charge-sheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
