This is an application seeking to quash charge-sheet arising out of the First Information Report, bearing FIR No.374 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Section 302, 307, 328 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, registered with police station Aheri, Gadchiroli.

The learned counsel for the applicants would submit that the principal accused has administered poison to several persons, in which five people are died.
4.
It is the prosecution case that the principal accused has purchased the poison substance from the distributor, who procured the same from the company of which the applicants are employees. It is submitted that said chemical is used for educational purpose in laboratories.
5.
The learned APP waives service of notice for the nonapplicant/State. 6.
The trial Court shall not insist for the presence of the applicants, except on the date of framing of charge, till further order.
