After hearing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the non-applicant No.2 has pointed out that the proceedings are pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chandrapur. The charges are framed against the present applicants, and the matter is now posted for recording of evidence. In view of this fact, it will not be proper to interfere in the present matter at this stage. 2.

In my opinion, as the charges are framed, which is not disputed by the present applicants, and the matter is now fixed for the evidence before the trial Court, the present application is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the Sessions Court to expedite the trial, and the applicants should cooperate to complete the trial expeditiously.
