This is an application seeking to quash First Information Report in Crime No.286/2024 registered with Police Station Bramhapuri, District Chandrapur for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

It is applicants' contention that the allegations are vague and general. It is submitted that applicant No.4, who is the distant relative, is residing separately. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after six weeks.

Learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for nonapplicant/State. 6.

In the meantime, the investigation may go on, but charge-sheet shall not be filed against the applicants without leave of this Court.
