Learned APP pointed out that, during the pendency of the present application, the investigation is completed and the Investigating Officer, who has found certain material, is willing to file the chargesheet in the matter. 2.

As such, considering the fact that, investigation is completed and some material is collected by the Investigating Officer, the prosecution is permitted to file the charge-sheet in the matter. 3.

In that view of the matter, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to challenge the charge-sheet or to available any other remedy as permissible under the provisions of law. 4.

Accordingly, criminal application stands disposed of with liberty as prayed for. All issues are kept open.
