JULY 21, 2025 After having heard the matter, it appears that the issue involved revolves around forgery of signatures of non applicant No.2 and Mr. Manoj Suchak.

Learned A.P.P. submits that the signatures have been referred to the handwriting expert and report of the expert is expected in due course.

Learned A.P.P. shall instruct the Investigating Officer to expedite the matter of report of the handwriting expert. The report be filed preferably within three weeks from today. 4.

List on 11.08.2025.

In the meantime, parties may explore the possibility of settlement.
