This Court, by order dated 18/12/2024, permitted the prosecution to file the charge-sheet and also granted leave to the applicant to carry out amendments in the application. However, till date, the said order is not complied with.

In the circumstances, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the present application, with liberty to challenge the charge-sheet independently and further to take any steps as permissible under the provisions of law. All issues are kept open.

The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
