This is an application seeking to quash First Information Report vide Crime No.403/2024 registered with Police Station, Ner Parsopant, District Yavatmal for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

It is submitted that on vague allegations, the entire family has been falsely implicated.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after six weeks.

Learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for nonapplicant/State. 6.
In the meantime, the investigation may go on, but charge-sheet shall not be filed against the applicants without obtaining leave of this Court.
