This is an application seeking to quash First Information Report vide Crime No. 709/2018 registered with Police Station Mahagaon, Dist. Yavatmal for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 468, 469, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is informed that though crime is registered in 2018, till date chargesheet has not been filed. 3.

It reveals that principal allegations are against co-accused. The applicant's name is not mentioned in FIR. It reveals from record that sum of Rs. 10,000/- has been deposited in her account at the instance of her husband who is principle accused.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after seeks weeks. The learned APP waives service of notice for non-applicant No.1.
