During the hearing of the Application, learned APP pointed out that she has received 175 pages charge-sheet, whereas the Applicant has filed on record the charge-sheet of limited statements. She has also verified from the Court's record i.e. from the copy of the charge-sheet filed on record by the learned Counsel for the Applicant. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant, submitted that he has applied for the certified copy and whatever he receives from the Court he has filed on record. In light of the fact that learned APP submitted that selectively the statements are filed before this Court.
