This is an application seeking to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.0335/2024 registered by non-applicant No.1 for the offence punishable under Sections 85, 115(2) and 352 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

It is submitted that relatives of husband have been falsely implicated on vague allegations.

4.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after six weeks.

Mr. Ujwal Phasate, learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant No.1/State.

7.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but chargesheet shall not be filed against the present applicants without obtaining leave of this Court.
