This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report bearing Crime No. 309 of 2022 registered with the Sakharkheda Police Station, District Buldhana for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 354-A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is the applicant's contention that the main allegations are against his father Uttam. According to the applicant, in order to give counter check to the civil litigation, false report has been lodged.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after four weeks for final disposal. Learned Addl.P.P. waives notice on behalf of the State.
