This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report bearing Crime No.34 of 2024 registered at the Ballarshah Police Station, Chandrapur for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the couple was staying at Pune. The applicant nos. 2 to 4, who are the relatives of the husband of the informant, never stayed with the couple. The allegations are vague and general. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after six weeks. Leanred Addl.P.P. waives notice on behalf of the State.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but charge-sheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court against the present applicant.
