This Court, by order dated 06/12/2024, granted liberty to the Investigating Officer to file the charge-sheet. Accordingly, the chargesheet is filed. However, till date, the necessary amendment is not carried out, though leave was granted by this Court by order dated 06/12/2024.

In view of this, the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to challenge the charge-sheet independently.

In view of the above, the criminal application stands disposed of as withdrawn. All the issues are kept open. The applicant is at liberty to file a fresh application.
