This is an application seeking to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.538/2024, registered with Police Station Kalamana, District Nagpur city, for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 294 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is applicant's contention is that informant is his brother's wife. According to the applicant, due to matrimonial dispute, to pressurize husband false allegations have been levelled.
