This is an application seeking to quash the first information report bearing Crime No.508/2024 registered with Gadge Nagar Police Station, Amravati for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code.

It is the contention of the applicant that after 35 years of marriage by putting some past instances, the report has been lodged. Precisely it is Rgd.

Order 1010apl1483.24 submitted that still both are residing together. 4.

Issue notice to non-applicants, returnable on 22.11.2024. Learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicants no.1.

In the meanwhile, though the prosecution may proceed further with their investigation, but, charge sheet should not be filed without obtaining permission of this Court.
