By this application, the applicants are seeking to quash charge-sheet arising out of Crime No. 7/2024 registered with Police Station Hiwarkhed, Dist. Buldhana for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is applicants' contention that the relatives of husband are residing at different place, however on the basis of vague allegations, they have been implicated. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after six weeks. The learned APP waives service of notice for non-applicant No.1.

The Trial Court shall not insist to all the applicants except on the date of framing charge.
