This is an application seeking to quash charge-sheet arising out of crime No. 695/2024 registered with Police Station Awadhootwadi, Dist. Yavatmal for the offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(n), 323, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant married lady aged 35 years has lodged report alleging that the applicant on and often had forcibly committed sexual intercourse by putting her under threat. 4.

The learned APP would submit that it is a case of consensual relation. The informant is married educated lady. Despite knowing the consequences, she maintained the relation.

Issue notice for final disposal returnable after six weeks. The learned APP waives service of notice for nonapplicant No.1. 6.
