2) This is an application seeking to quash First Information Report No.0197/2024 dated 04/04/2024, registered with Police Station Akot-file, District Akola for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498A, 504 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

3) This application relate to the husband, who claims to be false implication on account of vague and general allegations.

4) Issue notice to the respondents, returnable in six weeks.

5) Learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.1.

6) In the meanwhile, prosecution may proceed with their investigation, but Charge-Sheet should not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
