This is an application seeking to quash the first information report bearing Crime No.346/2024 registered with Vasantnagar Police Station, Yavatmal for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is the contention of applicants that after marriage the lady hardly lived for 15 days, and Rgd.

Order 1610apl1522.24 after a gap of one year, the report has been lodged implicating entire family members.

Issue notice to non-applicants, returnable on 28.11.2024. Learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant no.1.

In the meanwhile, though the prosecution may continue with their investigation, charge sheet should not be filed without obtaining prior permission of this Court.
