In the present matter, by way of interim order dated 17.10.2024, the Trial Court is directed not to file charge against the present applicant and same is continued till date.

In the circumstances, list this matter on 28.01.2026 high on Board, with a clear understanding that no adjournment will be granted in the matter and if any adjournment is sought, the same should be subject to the costs of Rs.10,000/-.
